Full Legal Compliance

Every English Wizard has the legal right to live and work in Poland. Our Community Managers take care of all the paperwork so you don't have to - saving you needless trips to urzads!

Simple VAT-Free Invoicing

Our Wizards are all able to provide VAT-free invoices at the end of every month. Meaning you don't have to worry about ZUS, or dealing with tax. The price you want to pay your teacher, is the price you pay!

High Quality Training

Our graduates undergo an extensive training program, which is akin to a blended CELTA program, run by our DELTA qualified teacher trainers.

ZERO Commissions or Upfront Fees

We are 100% free of educational institutions. We are primarily a teacher training academy and teacher support service; not a recruitment agency.

Ongoing Training & Support

All our Wizards have access to our virtual staffroom, where they can receive ideas, inspiration and support for lessons. In addition, every Wizard is invited to a whole host of workshops throughout the year.
